1: WCDMA/LTE/GSM Radio Knowledge
2: Multi-vendor experience will be a plus
3: Performance Analysis and Optimization (HSPA Low throughput\KPI Analysis\Signal Storm\RF Optimization\DT troubleshooting)
4: 5+ years of working experiences in radio network design and optimization area,3+ year UMTS network work experiences
5 : Probe and Genex Assistant experience
