JOB DETAILS:
The solution architect will also hold the role of ADM manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for all Communications and Program Status reviews with the both customer and Ericsson Leadership Teams.
- Accountable for all Customer Escalations and Resolutions
- Monitor and Mitigate all risks aggregated at the Account Level
- Ensure agreed processes and work instructions are implemented and used by the customer ADM Unit.
- Ensure that escalation procedure is followed and that expectations and perceptions of customer are at all times managed in a professional manner
- Manage onsite team and secure right support provided when is needed or requested according to agreed SOW and SLA
- Collaborate with all Delivery and Solutions groups to create value.
- Support in business requirements clarification.
- Clarify requirement and participate to Change Control Board with customer Demand Management team
- Prepare Technical Impact Analysis, High-Level Design
- Help in root cause analysis and support bug fixing activities.
- Liaise with the project manager for effort estimation and scheduling of the delivery
- Communicate and coordinate with off-site delivery manager for any existing / new development/Configuration activity related to timeline, priority, dependency as available from client
- Work closely with off-site ADM team to ensure that Scope of Work (SoW), time estimates for the development of CRs/Projects are as accurate as possible.
- Monitor and track the deliverable’s (CRs/projects/defect fix) progress and notify applicable stakeholders when a project’s performance deviates significantly from the project’s plans and/or threatens to impact the multiple project plans.
- Support testing teams
