Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Optimization Engineer to work on an initial 6 month contract.
This role will be based in Namibia.

Network Optimization:
1,Perform network optimization data analysis to improve KPIs (voice and data service);
2,Network audit and recommend parameters change;
3,Network parameters consistent check on weekly and monthly basis according to project requirement;
4,Carry out new feature trial testing and advise on parameters usage;
Requirement:
1,More than 3 years experience of network optimization of 2G/3G or 4G equipment.
2,Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control;
3,Good English communication skill in both written and oral;
