1. Minimum 6 years experience in optiization service. Candidates applying for LTE position must have minimum 2 years experience in LTE optimization.
2. Excellent 3G / LTE Optimization skills with proven track records.
3. Performs day-to-day activates to meet project objectives. Shares knowledge with less experienced peers and be able to provide innovative ideas.
4. Minimum 2 years experience in optimizing Nokia equipments.
5. Very well experience in Nokia parameters and counters.
6. Nokia NetAct OSS Tools Knowledge.
7. RU50 and/or RL60 experience
8. Very well experience in analyzing the logfiles and come with corrections/actions to meet the design and optimization criteria and KPIs.
9. Capacity management competence (Nodes and Interfaces) covering all technologies 2G/3G/4G to insure traffic balancing.
10. Understand and be able met on the KPI & KQI target setting.
11. Strong communication and Team-working skills must possess very good presentation skills.
