Position Description:
As a Visual Designer for the Advanced Design team, you will
work as part of a cross functional team on the creation of new
product/service/interaction concepts and studies.
General Purpose
As a Visual Designer you will creatively contribute to a
user-centric design process and be responsible for the visual and ideally also
the motion design of our innovative propositions and concepts. The
communication of these concepts is key and your role will be central in how we
tell our stories – by illustrating them in demos, and creating visual
presentations, animations and videos.
You’ll work closely with UX Designers, Industrial Designers,
Product Designers, Software Developers, Mechanical Designers, Prototypers and
Usability Experts to develop and implement innovative interaction modes, design
concepts and experience and product/service concepts. You will also deliver
design specifications as required and ensure great fit and finish of the final
product or product concept.

Main Responsibility
Area

Visual design creation, development and implementation as part
of a cross functional team.
Requirements:
?
Master's degree related to Visual Design, Motion
Design or similar.
?
Professional experience designing shipping
applications and services. Able to demonstrate design capabilities usually
taking 5 years to acquire.
?
Experience designing for Windows or other modern
OS platforms
?
Portfolio of compelling visual design work.
?
Good proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite,
especially Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and After Effects.
?
Excellent visual communications skills and
ability to prototype experiences.
?
Great collaboration and communications skills
(verbal and written English).
