Job spec:
NPI Program Manager - DRC
Required for a six month period and ability to transfer skills within that period
Requirements:
• Should have at least 15 years of extensive and intensive optimisation experience.
• Knowledge of Ericsson network solution product portfolio including Network Management Systems -OSS, Business Objects and Eniq
• Excellent knowledge of Ericson 2/3G E2E optimisation
• Good knowledge of Ericsson RAN dimensioning and design
• Knowledge of optimisation flow and dependencies
Responsibilities;
• Program manager for the NPI Program for all domains
• Deliver NQI KPIs and Benchmarking KPIs
• Anchor NE, MC Governance and Establish and implement Daily KPI dashboard reporting
• RNA improvement program management
• Run all domain Audits as per WLA and ensure corrective action as per the same
• Weekly Management Reporting of program status and progress
• Secure resources for the program with MSCOO support
• Customer interface for all performance related queries and Highlight the support required from customer and track progress on the same
