Primary objectives
1.Responsible for driving the growth of data revenue through data monetisation initiatives.
2.Research, develop and roll out new initiatives that will deliver incremental data revenue across the Group.
3.Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure projects and initiatives are delivered.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1.Develop a portfolio of data monetisation tools and initiatives to maximise data revenue and streamline CAPEX INVESTMENT
levels.
2.Project manage the rollout of new data monetisation initiatives across all 3G / LTE MARKETS in the Group.
3.Work closely with Group Technical to understand and develop capabilities of the various network PCRF and DPI tools.
4.Define the Group wide commercial offering leveraging a detailed understanding of the various tools available to “Client” to shape traffic and manage the customer experience.
5.Develop and rollout various product initiatives to enhance and drive data revenue working closely with the New Product Development team.
6.Manage the portfolio of in-life data related products to ensure they are contributing to a positive customer experience and delivering the targeted revenue.
7.Identify, develop and implement new promotions, products or pricing initiatives to drive data monetisation.
8.Continuously seek new ways to improve revenues and profitability of the existing data product portfolio identifying and implementing global best practice.
9.Monitor MARKET trends and industry developments and proactively recommends portfolio enhancements towards developing products that are customer focused, useable and relevant.
10.Work closely with stakeholder departments including Technology, Finance and Operations to define the long and short term roadmap.
11.Lead and project manage cross functional teams through the implementation and delivery of new data initiatives.
12.Interface with product and service vendors to ensure best price and quality for products and services provided to “Client” and “Client” customers.
