Position descriptio?We are looking for experienced person with project management skills and good strong multi disciplinary knowledge and domain expertise in the areas of design/marketing/ creative. Ideal candidate has a knowledge and experience in planning, managing and leading complex project and program work. Has the ability to evangelize new concepts and to manage idea/ concept development to realization.?Primarily responsibilities of this person is to work as a project manager supporting the Integrated Design Team in areas of digital and visual communications as well as user experience and live design experiences projects (e.g. Packaging, Sound& Visual Content, Visual communication and Events)?Main Responsibility Are??Manages a specific business area themselves or with their own team, or applies proven experience in project leadership to successfully drive new,complex and/or multidisciplinary projects throughout the full project life-cycle from initiation and scoping till closure? ?Plans and agrees the project scope, schedules and deliverables and makes sure that all stakeholders are aligned with the planned maturity levels. ?Proactively drives collaboration involving other stakeholders to reach milestones on schedule and according to budget??Leading the project stakeholders in resolving major risks? ?Has the ability to identify and simplify the essential information to the appropriate audience. ?Develops and documents best practices. ?Has specialist knowledge on one expert area and more than one cross functional competence areas. ?Applies knowledge and skills through handling complex problems. ?Investigates the underlying causes and identifies short and long-term solutions. ?Anticipates internal and external business needs. ?Contributes to design direction discussion inside the company. ?Shares expertise with colleagues and other departments.
