General Purpose:

• The San DiegoImport SW team in Nokia Lumia Engineering provides support for Lumia product
  programs targeting North-American device MARKET?
• 
  The
  Specialist, Cellular Modem SW will work closely with the local operator labs to
  provide solutions in her/his technology area:
• Usein-depth cellular protocol skills to analysis and debug problems reported for
  our Lumia devices during the SW development phase
• Provideand maintain the modem SW configuration
• Performsoftware integration tasks.
• Participatein implementation projects as agreed in global resource planning.

She/he will

work in close cooperation with our chipset supplier and Microsoft/OS-Group.

Daily work is organized in an agile mode and project goals will be achieved in

an experienced and highly skilled team.

Requirements:

• M.Sc.or B.Sc. degree in in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  qualification.
• 5years of work experience and proven expertise in SW development, debugging and
  SW integration.
• Qualityorientation
• SWprogramming skills in C
• GoodSW architecture understanding of mobile devices
• Verydetailed knowledge about WCDMA, LTE or VoLTE. GSM and CDMA experience desired,
  but not mandatory.
• Verygood problem solving skills
• Highlyexperienced in SW debugging & tracing
• Targetoriented working attitude and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Abilityto manage multiple tasks
• Systematicway of workin?
• GoodInterpersonal-, team- and networking skills
