Nexius is currently hiring a full-time Senior Construction Manager to join our Network Deployment team. The Nexius Network Deployment Services team supports companies through the full stages of network development. Services include project management, civil design and engineering management (A&E), site acquisition, construction management, and equipment installation and commissioning. Nexius is the leader in delivering end-to-end wireless services and software solutions to industries worldwide.

- Develop, manage, and implement project schedule for specific geographic/market area.
- Track and report project dates, status and actions weekly.
- Develop and coordinate training schedule for Construction Managers in region.
- Work as a liaison between regional network, market teams, vendors and all HQ organizations.
- Resolve conflicts as necessary for project completion.
- Perform the primary role of single point of contact for the project team during all project phases.
- Minimum 10 years experience in wireless facilities construction, preferably with broadcast, microwave, and wireless site construction experience. Should have experience specifically in new site build construction, UMTS site construction or LTE site construction.
- Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and written skills and demonstrate ability to manage multiple personnel/tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, as well as previous experience working with NORAD, CASPR and Siterra is a plus.
- Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work flexible hours and under pressure.
