LTE Radio Access Engineer with strong competences in eNodeB and iOMS Nokia equipments, and capable to perform the following tasks:
• Commissioning, Integration and Acceptance of eNodeB and iOMS equipments.
• Troubleshooting Skills at Level 1-2 to clarify customer´s inquiries or solve network issues. Whenever the problem cannot be solved with customer onsite, escalate the issues within the internal teams in NSN (Care, GDC, etc), based on the internal processes.
• Generate documentation related to Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Procedures.
• Competence Transfer to the Customer´s personnel with O&M Routines and Basic Troubleshooting techniques.
