- To enable the Operational Excellence team to achieve ISO 9001 certification in its network operations center within the time frame of the project.
- To define the program of what processes, functional entities data points are in scope for ISO Certification
- Produce a project plan for certification
- Coach the stakeholders in what to expect from both a preparation and certification point of view
- Manage the ISO Certification team
- Be responsible for the achieve of the ISO Certification
- Knowledge transfer to stakeholder
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in the Operations, Network Implementation or Project Management of telecommunications projects.
- Minimum of 1 successful achievement of ISO Certification in a mobile network operations center.
- 10+ years as a consultant.
