-Minimum 2years of Experience in IT networks (LAN, WAN,etc)
-1+ years’ experience in an hands-on Ericsson Smart Edge 1200 or cisco routers
-1+ years’ experience in supporting and operating different types of firewalls such as Juniper Firewalls ISG1000,
-1 + years in support OSS systems ( NMS NetOP)
-Knowledge in both SDH and IP is a plus
