Site Acquisition Specialist

Nexius is currently hiring a full-time Site Acquisition Specialist in Allen, TX. This is an opportunity within Nexius’ Network Deployment Organization. Nexius performs a full range of Network Deployment services for both Wireless Carriers and OEMs that are at the core of the revolution in today’s rapidly evolving mobile network.

Responsibilities:

• Support project tracking and scheduling requirements
• Maintain all project information and documentation
• Facilitating communication meetings between internal organizations and project teams to drive successful projects
• Responsible for supporting the project manager and other project resources during the course of the project lifecycle
• Assist in the development of communication and training plan
• Assist in construction close out and turn over packages
• Take notes during project meetings and distribute meeting summaries accordingly
• Plan, monitor and coordinate tasks within the project team
• Participate in and document needs assessment meetings
• Assist in the data collection and validation efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager
• Learn customer processes and tools and support customer requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related experience preferred
• A wireless industry and/or construction background is preferred
• Previous experience with Siterra, NORAD and CASPR preferred
• Understanding of web based project and document systems required
• Expert with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access is a plus)
• Very organized, ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
