Nexius is currently hiring a full-time Site Acquisition Specialist (SAS) to join our Network Deployment team in the Long Island / NYC / NJ MARKET
. The Nexius Network Deployment Services team supports companies through the full stages of network development. Services include project management, civil design and engineering management (A&E), site acquisition, construction management, and equipment installation and commissioning. Nexius is the leader in delivering end-to-end wireless services and software solutions to industries worldwide.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
. The Nexius Network Deployment Services team supports companies through the full stages of network development. Services include project management, civil design and engineering management (A&E), site acquisition, construction management, and equipment installation and commissioning. Nexius is the leader in delivering end-to-end wireless services and software solutions to industries worldwide.Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Review and analyze lease documents for existing wireless communication facilities.
- Ensuring that critical Site Acquisition scheduling tasks are met in order to meet MARKET
- Clear and precise direction to subordinates and A&E firms; and Site and design visits for sites that have space/equipment issues to resolve and make area suitable for desired configuration.
- Coordinate site walks, A&E site design walks and other site/field visits with RF Engineering, Zoning, Construction Project Manager and A&E Departments..
- Responsible for all zoning and permitting issues, as well as continuous updates to various tracking tools
- Maintaining complete documentation related to all planning procedures, communications regarding the sites, and actions taken on each site assigned.
- Daily interaction with Engineering and Construction personnel to ensure compliance with all client, landlord, jurisdictional, governmental and industry standards.
- Accurate daily and weekly reporting to the Project Manager / Team Lead and/or client, as required. Project accurate lease dates and attend status meetings.
