1. Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications or computer related fields
2. At least 8 years working experience in network planning and optimization, Proficient in GSM、CDMA、UMTS or LTE network optimization and principle of telecommunication, Familiar with RNP/RNO project delivery process
3. With delivery experience in Medium-sized projects or project development experience;
4. Good communication and presentation, have a good consciousness of service
5. Must be able to communicate effectively in English
