Location: Middle East / West Asia
-At least 10 year’s experience in IS/IT area with Telecom domain knowledge, processes and standards in BSS space
-Good knowledge about customer business, operational processes and Telco applications like: Customer Care, Rating, Billing, Provisioning, Mediation and Payment collection
-Experience of business configuration in CBIO is an added advantage
-Good solution knowledge with ///’s BSS portfolio: CBIO3.x, CS-5.x, EMA7.x, EMM8.x,TelcoCRM, etc..
-Good understanding of introducing and delivering an end to end BSS solution
-Excellent working knowledge of the OSS/BSS stack solution
-Working knowledge with SMA/RMA
-SA will be expected to help with the design, development and introduction of new Business-Configuration into the Network
-Very good knowledge about Offers, Offer-Driven Rating, PAM, Shared-Accounts, STQs, etc..
-Familiar with MBC solutions
-Familiar with Catalog-Driven solutions and how they are aligned with BSS & SE portfolios
-Familiar with CBIO
-Familiar with Web2.0/3.0 models
-Good understanding of OMA, 3gPP, ITU-T, etc..
-Good working knowledge of eTOM, SID, TMF, TAM, CORA, etc..
-Understanding of Cloud (XaaS), Hadoop, Yarn, Zookeeper, etc..
-Good technical knowledge in some of the following areas : HW (SUN/Oracle, HP, etc.), OS (Unix, Linux, etc.), databases (Oracle, Sybase, MySQL, etc..), virtualization (VMware, HP, SUN/Oracle), cluster solutions, backup & restore. ; preferable previous work experience with these technologies
-Preferably the knowledge of 3GPP standards, eTOM, TAM, ITIL, TOGAF and SID framework for designing BSS solutions for service providers
-Good knowledge of Service Enablement including ECE & MSDP
-Must have worked with Service Exposure offerings
-Must possess good understanding about 3gpp Policy and Charging Control with good know-how to EIPC solution offering
-Sound knowledge of Authentication & Authorizations methodology and place in value-chain
-Must have designed a solution for Identity Access Management and Single-Sign On on the MSDP platform
-Should posses vital knowledge about solutions running over a collaboration with e-commerce content providers
