- To manage Network Changes to ensure minimal disruption to the network
- To assist in achieving ISO 9001
- TO ensure that the Change management function is documented, work process followed
_ To ensure that Network Quality is improving within the time frame of the project
- Define the program plan of what processes, functional entities data points are in scope for Change Management
- Produce a project plan for Change Management
- Manage the Change Management team
- Be responsible for the Change Management Function
- Knowledge transfer within the stakeholder
- Promote the value of the Change Management function within the organization
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in the Operations, Network Implementation or Project Management of telco projects
- Minimum of 5+ years Incident Management experience
- 10+ years as a consultant/manager
