Candidate should be a B.E graduate with experience of 10 to 15 years in telecom, with 2 to 3 years in Project
Management with an experience in handling Telecom NOC Operations, like Assurance management, Fulfilment
Management processes, system Integration and OSS tools operationalization.
• Candidate should have an experience in performing end to end Project Management.
• PMI/any similar Project Management Certification is preferable.
• Good understanding of OSS functional specification and business requirements.
• Hands on experience in Project planning, tracking, identifying variances, issues, and risks, identifying critical paths,
identifying issue mitigation with SMEs. Hands on experience on tools like MS project are preferred.
• Hands on experience in System Integration, NOC operations, processes and tools.
• Identify scope and project planning, tracking and identifying variances in NOC processes and tools operationalization,
BRS and SRS validation, UAT planning, execution tracking.
• Working with process and tools user teams and planning & deployment teams to complete UAT/OAT successfully.
• Responsible for assigning activities, organizing meeting and workshops & review delivery progress with the Solution
Integrators.
• To manage stake holder/ cross functional teams projects based on defined SLA
