Understanding of GSM interfaces and protocols
Analysis and optimization of 2G KPIs
Good Knowledge of Huawei 2G features, parameters, KPI’s & counters
Detail Knowledge of PC-III, Abis Optimization, HO Algorithm-II, EDA, HMC etc.
Having experience of working with BTS-3900 and BSC-6900.
Network performance analysis, RF optimization and 2G dimensioning.
Knowledge to improve PS and Paging performance.
Strong knowledge of Nastar for Signaling Analysis, worst performing cells identification, VIP subscribers call traces.
