For our client a Major Network Operator in Middle East we are looking for N.O.C Engineer (Analysts KPI & Reporting) 2 to 10+ Years of Experienced can apply (15 Nos ).
Scope:-
Our clients nationwide network is being upgraded with new technology and therefore there is a need for N.O.C Engineer (Analysts KPI & Reporting)2 to 10+ Years of Experienced can apply (15 Nos ) with network operators or major vendors.
Skills :-
• Transmission O & M Engineer for NLD backbone
• Coordination with other operators for swap routes and POI augmentation.
• Maintenance of the ISP and OSP without fail within given OPEX
• Maintenance of 1200 KMS OFC Backbone and intra city as per SLA.
• Pivotal on Alcatel EMS 1320CT (Alarm monitoring, Fault management & Provisioning) equipment local access if necessary in case of NOC is unable to reach equipment through EMS.
• Optimization of existing Transmission Network for best capacity utilization.
• Technological initiative for best protection and Transmission network availability.
• Responsible for SDH/DWDM/CEN operation and maintenance.
• Responsible for Network outage analysis and coordination with NSN and INDUS teams for
• Best network availability and OPEX reduction.
• Coordination with Circle/National Transmission NOC for day to day new provisioning and Operational matters.Spare and logistics management for respective areas.
• Submission of outage analysis reports to central teams.
• Coordination with other operators for swap routes and POI augmentation.
• Data mining, analytics, RCA, recommend and draw and implement the plan
• statistical analysis and data mining at lower level
• lean six sigma and analytical thinking
• Telecom strategic plan and analytical thinking
