The following competence elements are required for 3G RNC Expert functional role:
• Strong background on Ericsson 3G RAN products in RNC
• RNC I&C
• RNC SW upgrade/update.
• Very Good understanding of 3G RAN Radio signalling.
• Very Good understanding of 3G RAN system and RF KPIs.
• Knowledge of Iu/IP (IuCS, IuB, IuPS and IuR over IP)
• Configuration and troubleshooting.
• CPP hardware configuration data transcript.
