2, Provide technical creativity in solving problems;
3, Excellent knowledge of BSS parameters and traffic analysis;
4, Sounds management skills;
5, Senior 2G/ GSM knowledge of network planning, optimization and performance management;
6, Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control;
7, Senior knowledge of DT analysis and recommend parameters changes;
8, Good English and French communication skill in both written and oral;
