Expert in Ericsson WCDMA design and optimization with more than 5 years’ experience in WCDMA Optimization
b. Parameter Consistency Checks
c. Review and Implementation of Golden Cluster audit recommendations
d. Plan and execution of feature trials, VAMOS, EDGE Performance improvement features, etc.
e. Support the remote optimization teams with data collection and implementations of recommendations
f. Preform worst cell analysis
g. Preform parameter optimization
h. Support with Frequency plan implementations
i. Must have Winfiol or OSS command handling basic skills
j. Must be familiar with the Ericsson OSS and ENIQ
l. Perform day-2 day optimization activities to secure end user/ customer satisfaction
m. Perform knowledge transfer to the customer team
n. Weekly report righting and presentation to the customer
o. Lead and direct the drive test and rigger teams in trouble shooting and implementation of optimization activities
p. exposure to RBS 6000 and W12 upwards
q. must be able to perform neighbour and parameter optimization
r. exposure to feature trials and implementation
