Experience in handling Permits (road opening) from the corresponding authorities (excavation permit, Police traffic authorization….)
Follow-up with the contractor on the blockages permits
Establish report on the government permit fees and ensure claims are done on time
Ensure all documentation is collected and open road opening are closed with the authorities.
Experience of Qatar is preferred or in GCC.
