Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with LTE/UMTS/CDMA/EvDO wireless data technologies.
• Experience working with OSS platform (ALU / Samsung / NSN / Ericsson) for parameter retrieval/changes, alarm monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of network diagnostic tools/commands, data networking protocols, and experience tuning LTE parameters.
• Experience in LTE/CDMA/EVDO carrier turn‐up, multicarrier optimization, PCI/PN planning, Paging Group planning, Neighbor list optimization etc.
•Solid understanding of optimization techniques and skills including but not limited to mechanical/electrical tilting, tune transmit power settings/cell selection parameters, neighbor list optimization etc. for improving site/cluster performance.
•Proficient with analysis of drive test data, perform Layer-3 analysis, troubleshoot issues, and propose recommendations.
• Experienced with data processing tools/software’s including Actix/Wincatcher/XCAL/TEMS etc.
• Good knowledge of LTE 3GPP standards, LTE RAN Air Interface, L3 signaling, and LTE RAN Functionality.
• Experience with monitoring and analysis of post launch critical KPIs Retainability., Accessibility, Integrity, Mobility, IRAT HO optimization, and new feature activation.
• Experience generating RF engineering related reports in Excel, Access, Powerpoint etc.
