• Provide technical creativity in solving problems
• Have the good concepts of BSS parameters and traffic analysis for GSM
• Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control.
• Good working knowledge of DT analysis and recommend parameters changes
• Good English and Russian communication skill in both written and oral
