ROLE SPECIFICATION
Candidates will develop within one or more of the areas:
- User Data Management
- IMS and Voice over LTE
- Packet Core
Project activities will include:
- New node start-up, node configuration, network integration, new feature introduction, and software upgrade tasks
- Candidates will be technical interface toward fly-in support and customers
- Candidates will also handle customer network support requests once competence is sufficiently developed
KEY REQUIREMENT
- Packet Switch
Linux / Unix hands on experience (eg. experience installing server)
IP competence (eg. experience configuring router).
Ability to take responsibility and work in an independent manner
Strong drive to learn and develop self
Academic qualifications – Engineering degree or similar
Able to execute night-shift work based on task requirement
Good team work with proactive attitude
Advantages:
Previous exposure with 3GPP Packet-Core
CCNA / JNCIA equivalent experience
Customer facing experience
