B.Sc. / Engineering degree in Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering
MBA preferred
Build and lead Managed Service department in country, and responsible for the delivery of Managed Service business unit
Responsible for the Service Level Agreement (SLA), service quality and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of the outsourced network & IT operations
Take charge of network maintenance services, including network monitoring, routine and preventive maintenance, service restoration and provide assurance , network optimization and field maintenance
Take charge of network management services, including managing network performance, availability, alarm, configuration and fault management
Take charge of resources management, including staff, spare parts, network physical resources and logical resources, instruments and tools, cooperation resource, and documentation management
Evaluate and monitor Managed Service partners' (outsourcing subcontractors) performance
Responsible for the interfaces and relationship management with the customer, internal, 3rd party vendors and subcontractors
Should be able to analyse reports & summarise conclusions in pro-active manner .
Conduct technical and feasibility studies for new products and services and produce feasibility report.
Produce Functional and Technical Specification documents for new products and services.
Participate in cross functional meetings with key stakeholders involved in the development and deployment of network services in order to define best solutions for existing , as well as new products and services
Experience in setting up Managed Services operation and large project management
Familiar with the systems and procedures of telecom operators' operation and maintenance
Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
Mature and positive attitudes
Appreciates team work, and have proven track record in leading a team to achieve targeted service level
Must have good working experience in multi-vendor delivery scenario , typically in a telecom operator
Excellent knowledge of 3GPP specifications and Mobile Networks.
Strong Ability to analyse and diagnose performance issues from Reports
Proactive , team player & keen to learn
Good knowledge in identifying and developing Systems Requirements and Systems Specifications
