Job specification:
This is a 5th carrier expansions with WCDMA 900 Mhz band, hence it’s quite a challenging project.
Job Scope:
• Per site monitoring after integration and change out (RBS and Antenna). To monitor on WCDMA and 2G/LTE if the change out involve other technologies.
• RNC monitoring for Multiband activation on RNC level
• Cluster Tuning (eg: parameter changes, drive test log files analysis, KPI monitoring, neighbours changes, etc)
• CR preparation
Expectation of the Tuning Engineers:
• Have good knowledge on WCDMA and GSM. Having knowledge on LTE will be good as well
• Experience in Cluster Tuning, KPI monitoring, familiar with drive test
• Have experience on WCDMA carrier strategy
