Minimum Job Entry Requirements •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and 3 years professional work experience or 5 years professional level related Engineering/Technical related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Engineering/Technical experience •Previous experience in System Performance and/or RF Engineering functions with Tier 1 HSPA+/LTE carrier •Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to assess and correct location errors •Strong verbal and written communication skills •Effective presentation skills •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint •Demonstrated ability to successfully lead large and/or complex projects •Experience with either UMTS OR LTE performance.
