• Responsible for Drive Test , Walk Test, IBS (Pre Drive, Post Drive, IBS, Optimization and Cluster).
• Responsible for Azimuth, Height & Tilt Planning.
• Should be able to analyze (in GSM 2G 3G 4G) Interference, Call Drops, Handover failures, Rx Quality, Rx Level etc.
• Able to use MAPINFO, ACTIX, TEMS & NEMO
• Responsible for Call Test, GPRS Test and Submitting the coverage plot report within given schedule.
• Changes in the RF database parameters with help of core teams for resolving network issues.
• Finalizing the BTS sites and search ring for optimum coverage.
• Finalizing the Tower height, antenna orientations.
• Troubleshooting of customer complaints.
• Candidate must have good drive testing knowledge along with parametric knowledge of Ericsson, NSN and Huawei
• Male candidates from India/Philippines/Pakistan who can teach the TEAM and lead the entire project.
• Candidate with good communication, IT skills will be preferred, as it may require to train new engineers, customer meetings and high level reporting.
