3 Experience
• Candidate should be a B.E graduate with experience of 8 to 10 years working as a Solution Architect in any of the following areas: OSS/BSS, Assurance management, Incident Management, Performance management, Inventory Management processes, and OSS BSS tools.
• Candidate should have an experience in design and delivery of end-to-end SI solutions
• Candidate certified as Experienced SI Solution Architect will be preferred
4 Key Responsibilities –
• Participate in workshops to deep dive and discuss business issues, requirements, process and operational issues
• Write reports, technical specifications, UAT (user acceptance test) specifications and operational MoPs & SoPs
• Identification and documentation of process and system gaps, areas of operational automation and improvements
• Validate complex OSS/BSS solutions for functionalities, end-to-end integration and data flows
• Verification of OSS BSS solutions against business requirements and technical capabilities needed by the business
• Participate in weekly updates meeting
5 Key Skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create specifications and reports expeditiously
• Work effectively as a team member
• Proven experience and knowledge in at-least one of the following domains: Assurance; Fulfilment; Operational readiness and business processes (eTOM and ITIL)
• Proven experience and knowledge in at-least two of the following technical areas: System Testing and Acceptance; Requirements Engineering; Business Analysis consisting; System administration
• Proven experience and knowledge in at-least two of the following products: of TeMIP, MyCom, Network Engineer, Granite Inventory System, HPSM, HP BSM, HP SQM, CEM, Device Management, billing and CRM Solutions.
