Job Mandate (To be used for SELECTION INTERVIEWS)
Cloud and Application Services Manager will be responsible for the delivery of QoE and QoS as per the commercial objectives for the Cloud and Applications service family. He will be the senior service expert with business mindset and having significant service assurance experience across technology domains. The position will be responsible for monitoring the service performance parameters and Customer experience parameters and recommending suggested actions to the Business, NPE, NOC and P&O for delivering service as per product description
Key Responsibilities
"• Responsible for the delivery of service quality and customer experience from Network in line with RJIL’s commercial objectives for Cloud and Application Services
• Ensure proactive service performance monitoring and suggestions for corrective actions for Cloud and Application Services
• Ensure proactive Customer Experience monitoring and suggestions for corrective/ preventive actions for Cloud and Application Services
• Analysis of deviations in service quality/ customer experience dials and generate work instructions to the respective teams
• Interface with business on service performance expectations and develop as well as continuously improve the service model in association with NPE
• Interface with Service Platforms to resolve issues faced by customers
• Support NOC teams in Problem Management with respect to Cloud and Application Services
• Operational readiness of the operations organization for the launch of new products under the service family
• Accountable for reporting of overall performance of Cloud and Application Servcies within the organization

Years of Experience (minimum & maximum) 15+ years of experience in multiple areas in Telecommunication Ntework with 3-4 years specifically on leading teams on Assurance of Cloud based services

1. Experience in Service assurance in renowned operator’s network, preferably in Cloud or Application management - Mandatory
2. Should have Managed Services offered through Mobile and FIxed Broad Band Network - Mandatory
3. Should have handled Customer behaviour and usage analysis of Services offered through Telecom Networks- Mandatory
4. Planning experience in Cloud Service operator's network - Preferred
5. Service Management experience of Applications on Android / IOS/ Windows based OS
Knowledge & Skills (Indicate which criteria are mandatory)
1. Knowledge of Cloud Services and Mobile Applications - Mandatory
2. Knowledge of Cloud technologies based on virtualization and SAN - Mandatory
3. Knowledge of 3GPP standard based Telecom network and various protocols - Preferred
4. Knowledge of customer behaviour wrt Cloud and Application Services and prediction based on usages - Preferred
5. Knowledge of Customer experience Analysis for Cloud and Application Services, identifying root cause of any Service/ Experience impacting issues and resolving same - Preferred
6. People and Team Management Skills - Mandatory
7. Experience of using CEM tool - Preferred
8. Excellent oral and written communication skill - Mandatory
9. Exposure to ETOM - Preferred
