DRIVE TEST LOGFILE ANALYSIS ENGINEER: HIRING ON BEHALF OF A MAJOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS OPERATOR.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Capable of handling 2G and 3G
-Performing Drive Test log file post-processing, analysis, recommendations giving and reporting using ACTIX or TEMS Discovery.
-Drive Test and Logfile analysis
-Making accurate technical analysis and reports of both 2G and 3G.
-Analyzing events such as call drops, handover failures, coverage and quality issues, overshooting, swap sectors etc from the log files.
-Can use PCTEL See Gull scanner for Pilot pollution optimization.
-identification of performance problems in 2G and 3G networks.
-Will interface with customer and manage DT engineers and riggers in the field.
-Update of site RF parameter data base.
-Activity & drive the acceptance cluster drive tests reports by customer.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Minimum of 4 years experience as an RF engineer
-Drive Test log file analysis and reporting
-Drive Test team management and customer interfacing skills is a MUST.
-Performing daily, weekly and monthly DT activity progress report.
-Identification of faults and issues during drive tests.
-Must be skillful in excel, ACTIX and/or TEMS discovery.
