Job Description
Supporting Contract Manager to prepare billing plan, verify billing trigger support document, trigger billing in internal IT system.
Preparing required document for approval, sending and collecting, scanning, uploading and archiving documents, update trackers.
Liasioning with other departments and customer for billing related issues.
The position bases in Abu Dhabi.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must be self motivated, attention to details, a fast learner, a team player, who can work under pressure and strictly follow internal process and SLA.
Excellence in MS Excel and mathematics is must. Prefer one who has 1~2 year similar work experience with good reference or a graduate holding finance or similar degree.
Good communication skill is key.
