Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities:
Objective:
Access supervisor is responsible for facilitating the access requests in du fixed network sites and supervising differant activities to ensure site infrastructure and network equipments are safe from any kind of risk during the activities implemented by third parteis, also ensure that site conditions are normal after & before the activity, additinally he is responsible to arrange the required access kyes/cards for the requesters as per access proccess.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating & maintaining the access for all du network sites and datacenters.
• Analyzing the work requests & giving the access to du business customers & contractors as per their work requests related to the du telecom equipment rooms along with site supervisors.
• Dealing with Staffs, Contractors, Customers & their Managements (like Tecom, Emaar, Nakheel Management etc…) in terms of access to the TER (Telephone Equipment Room) if required & also getting work permit from them if needed.
• Making daily work orders and arranging the site supervisors for the customers.
• Controlling the TER access and securing the TERs.
• Replacing/changing the access/lock of telephone rooms where required.
• responding to the access requestors 24/7 without any delay.
• Updating daily and monthly access reports.
• Doing Quality Check/inspection for all sites with regards to site infrastructure and EM systems.
• maintain up to date asset list for all du network sites & systems.
Qualification Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Others):
1:Minimum 5 years of experience, 3 of which in a similar role in telecommunication industry.
2:Good understanding of electromechanical systems and infrastructure from operational and maintenance technical aspects.
3:Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering.
4:Good knowldege with all typs of access including electronic locks and its hard ware parts & soft ware.
