First Point Group are looking for consultants experienced in deployment of ITIL, to assist with deployment of MSTOP which is Ericsson’s version of ITIL, specific tasks include:
• Gain familiarity with Ericsson MSTOP and understand differences compared to ITIL, these are minimal and Ericsson will provide full documentation of our method;
• Review existing customer processes to highlight where there is a deviation from Ericsson standard deployment:
o Make recommendation to change Ericsson or existing process;
o Document recommendation with motivation and benefits.
• Customise and document the Ericsson standard process to reflect the above and the particular customer situation.
• Prepare training documentation for Operational staff.
• Prepare operational workflows, documentation and specification for incorporation into Ericsson management tool.
• Conduct training.
• Review first month of live operation and adjust modify processes as necessary.

Our global client, a major provider of OSS Solutions, requires a Radio Planning and Optimisation Engineer with strong knowledge of radio algorithms and parameters to join a long term project in Iran.

Applicants should be able to present performance/KPIs to senior management level and have experience across:

* 2G and 3G with any of the major vendors (Huawei, E///, NSN etc)
* Experience with network probes
* Ability to interpret drive test data
* An intermediate knowledge across signalling and core interfaces
* Ability to speak English and ideally French & Arabic
