I'm hiring on behalf of ALCATEL LUCENT on a consultant for the following mission:
Country : Equatorial Guinea
City : Malabo
Start Date: ASAP
Duration : 6 months (extendable)
Service Description :
The role of the PM will be to coordinate the projects, but mainly to create a close relationship with the customer to help projects to move forward.
Therefore technical skill is not the essence.
The client needs a PM to help them focusing on the essentials for the business :
-Communication with Alcatel client PFC to pay the invoices on time (and avoid Credit Hold status)
-Communication with Alcatel client Project and CTO, to issue PO timely, especially when those PO are critical for the quality of business, to understand their concerns and give feed back.
-Project status follow-up, interfacing with ongoing Alcatel deployment resource and myself
-Contractor follow up
There are ongoing projects :
- 3G (there will be shortly a 3G expert on site)
- ISAM (few sites to complete, installation resource will be there mid this week)
- IN… some tuning to be done (remote support)
- FND CSN (fix access network) : activity will start shortly. 2 sites
The PM needs to speak Spanish and English. French is a advantage.
