• Roughly 10 years experience in IT, Systems Integration, Multidisciplinary or Infrastructure Projects
• Experience of Transportation Systems, Traffic Management or ITS (intelligent transport systems) highly desirable, in particular one or more of the following technologies: CCTV, VMS, LPR/ANPR, AVL, VBID and Traffic Control Centres.
• Evidence of completing full project life cycles, preferably with some accountability and responsibility for managing aspects of the project, staff, suppliers and stakeholders
• Recent experience of delivery on the ground including the rollout/testing/acceptance of a functioning (IT based) system, as opposed to design or theory only work
• Previous experience in the GCC a distinct advantage as is experience of the execution of civil works in Saudi Arabia
