Project Purpose:
1. Creation of RFP to-be DWH/BI infrastructure
2. Define Customer’s BI roadmap, BI governance model
3. Provide BI training sessions (Please find the draft curriculum in the proceeding BI training part)
Collect business requirements for creation of RFP, model the logical infrastructure of CUSTOMER’s new BI infrastructure.
Do architectural assessment, define technology selection evaluation, provide HW/SW sizing reports. Making sample data profiling studies based on a selected data source.
Take part in the training program.
Creation of BI Business Process & Governance guideline. Define CUSTOMER BI Roadmap. Define vendor selection criteria.
