MATRIX Resources Telecom Services has immediate opportunities available for experienced RF Engineers for a national Network Optimization Project with the following skills and experience level.
RF Engineer III
Market Locations Include: Texas, Florida, and Central and North East regions
Length of assignment: 12 to 24 months.
Travel: Positions may require travel to client site – 30 to 40%
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant wireless experience, including mostly LTE, but also CDMA and EVDO.
- Experience creating drive routes, Drive Testing, post-processing, and analyzing results.
- Experience with Optimization and Multiband tuning with specific LTE equipment vendors: ALU, STA, Ericsson and/or NSN.
- Extensive experience proposing post-launch Optimization changes and tracking improvements towards target KPIs/SLAs.
- Candidate must possess strong working knowledge of the following tools: JDSU, Windcatcher, as well as specific OEM’s tools/platforms.
- Solid knowledge of MS office tools - especially Excel.
- Strong organizational, inter-personal and communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the US.

- BS Electrical Engineering preferred
