O&M assistance engineer with below experience in operating and supporting firewalls and routers
1+ years’ experience in an hands-on Ericsson Smart Edge 1200 or cisco routers
1+ years’ experience in supporting and operating different types of firewalls such as Juniper Firewalls ISG1000
2+ years in support OSS systems ( NMS NetOP) & NSMxpress
Knowledge in both SDH and IP is a plus
