We need project manager for Telecom Tower Erection for 6 months projects in UAE.
1. Engineer Civil/Mechanical
2. At least 7 years experience Gulf/overseas experience preferred min 3 years
3. Should have executed at least 3 Telecom tower erection projects successfully
4. Exceptionally good in contracts and project management
5. Very good understanding of cost structures of civil and mechanical works
6. Very good in vendor management
7. Very good in evaluating material supply /quality of work
8. Should have been an hands on civil/mechanical engineer in order to guide the sub contractors and get the work done within project schedule
9. Should be able understand the contractual obligations and execute the project within that
10. Nationality – Any , preferably NOT Indian , if Indian should not be from South India , Western and North Indian candidates accepted ( This is a special requirement from the customer we can’t do much about it)
