Onsite Technical Support For Optics Products:
Responsible for Technical Support for Optics products in Customer Network
Respond the tickets and analyze the issues remotely or locally
Being interface between customer and ALU internal higher level of support
Solving problems in KPI targets
Having good Alcatel Lucent Optics product knowledge like Lambda Unite, ADMU, PSS32, 1350 OMS
Having good knowledge of Unix and database

ASSIGNMENT
- Analyze, investigate and solve the technical issues indicated by the customers
- Deliver to the customers the appropriate services for the maintenance of their networks.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Guarantee the highest satisfaction level of the customer through the SLA (Service Level
Agreement)
- Diagnose and solve customer’s problems on remote
- If necessary, start an on-location intervention via the intervention centre
- If necessary, coordinate with product expert
- Give information on incident and end it
- Identify business opportunities and transfer them to the sales team
