IP networks lead technician required on a permanent basis in Spain.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a newly expanded business unit that has further huge expansion plans, you will be part of a dynamic team providing assistance to my clients customers across Europe. You will need to be fluent in French due to the customers you will be dealing with.
Good understanding and proven troubleshooting experience in most of the following: IP, TCP, ETHERNET, BGP, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP, IS-IS, OSPF, LAN, WAN, MPLS, QoS and Firewalls.
You will also need experience in the following vendors associated equipment and management systems: Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Netcool and SMARTS.
The role will require at least 12 months proven experience of resolving incidents and enquiries at an advanced level and to demonstrate a high level of capability from a second level perspective in IP networks.
