Required Experience:-
- More than 5 years experience in Ericsson 3G Optimization
- Working on WCDMA RAN latest release and features
- Strong knowledge of 3G related tools (Nexplorer, GPEH, etc.)
- Must have worked on Mapinfo, Ericsson OSS, TEMS
- Should be able to do drive test analysis and route optimization
- Team player and active participant in knowledge sharing
- Must have strong knowledge of general Radio optimization techniques
