• Excellent Troubleshooting 2G/3G Access site problem
• Owning 2G/3G Access sites restoration activities
• Narrow down the 2G/3G Access Site problem and create WO to Field Maintenance
• Narrow down the 2G/3G Access Site problem escalated to (2nd Line Operations) Back office for advanced Troubleshooting on the BSC/RNC level.
• Point of escalation for the Front Office 2G/3G Access.
• Good Knowledge about the standard 2G/3G KPIs
• Ensure E2E Access site restoration by health checking Access sites main KPI
• Excellent Knowledge about Ericsson 2G/3G site
• Working hours:12 hours shifts will apply 24/7
• Good communication skills.
• Customer Relationship Management skills
• Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.
• At least 4 years’ experience in same field or Similar
