Working with the Saudi version of ICMS is 3.2.1 At least 5 years of ICMS experience with overall knowledge of its modules, especially in billing, customer care, provisioning, service management and plant among others if available it would be a definite plus. • working jointly with the business users and to document business requirements, for purposes of creating the functional specs
• assist business users in software testing (manual & automated) and quality assurance
• liaising with offsite development team in the development of technical specs and system code
• coordination and facilitation of meetings, and liaising with various project teams
• provide training to end-users as required
• understand the data produced by systems and the reporting needs by the customer
