1. Carry out parameter consistency checks on all Radio Network Nodes
2. Audit all the Neighbor relations and definitions (on All nodes)
3. Complete HW alarm inspection radio nodes in the network to identify all performance affecting alarms
4. Assess the network OSS KPIs for voice and data in order to identify all the bottlenecks and the areas of improvements
5. Perform a full drive test in all the area detecting all the coverage and quality gaps
6. Perform antenna tuning to maximize coverage while maintaining the quality of service and KPIs.
7. Fine tuning the cell level parameters
8. neighbor cell optimization covering all directions and layers
9. Pilot pollution and internal interference problems solving
10. Scrambling code design tuning
11. Prepare the Acceptance report and ensure their acceptance from the customer
